Vibration Truss Screed

Vibrating Truss Screed works under the manual Hand Winch system that has cable to pull it forward. The vibrating system compress the rocks into the concrete make the surface become smooth and flat. The structure is made from the steel with stainless shaft offering easy cleaning. The frame is the high-grade aluminum type 6061-T6, abrasion resistance and no twist or bending. The engine is Honda 6.50 Hp. The flat accuracy of the surface is approximately 3 mm.

The vibrating truss screeds machine is different from the beam screeds type because of their larger and heavier structure. With their easy movement caused by consistently and gentlely dragging of the manual winches, the machine can equalize the concrete to make the smoother floor than the other one can.

Apply this machine can adjusted-plane area which has 3.40-16.40 meters width-wise i.e. 4 meters width-wise road or 16 meters width wise factory. The Screed Railer's width can be expanded by installing the provided spare part.
